#astellar garlic wild caught blue Mexican shrimp + zucchini noodles + @capay_organic heirloom tomato sauce + red chili flake + fresh feta + parsley. This took 15 minutes to make!
prep and clean your shrimp.
In a small bowl, marinate your shrimp (5 minutes) in olive oil + garlic + salt + pepper + parsley.
Julienne one zucchini. (This was for one person.)
In a medium saute pan, heat to med/high. Add marinated shrimp, saute while tossing shrimp for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add your zucchini noodles, tomato sauce and toss for another 3 - 4 minutes until you are bubbling and hot. Plate your dish. Garnish with feta, red chili flake + fresh parsley.
